Etica Group consolidated its three Indianapolis regional offices in 2022. The new 14,000 square foot space is at Castle Creek Parkway on the northeast corner of Indianapolis and has been designed to maximize collaboration and personal comfort. The flexible work environments allows our employees to produce innovative solutions for our clients and industry teaming partners.
The location was strategically picked based off where existing staff lives and convenient access to I465 and I69. It has ample room for growth making it our new home for years to come solidifying the firm’s dedication to the community it serves.
The Welcome Hub (lobby) features a fireplace, coffee and snack bar for guests, and a plant wall. The space is highlighted by a lederstone wall, wood ceiling and porcelain tile flooring. We invite you to be a part of the Etica Group community and utilize our spaces designed not just for our staff, but clients and peers.
The Social Hub can comfortably seat up to 30 people and has visible access to the entire office. This space features a painted ceiling and a green plant wall. The Social Hub is adjacent to the kitchenette which has beverages, fruit, and snacks provided by Etica Group for employees to enjoy. You can regularly find our staff eating lunch in the Social Hub or using it as a casual meeting space.
Technical staff is grouped by discipline teams with centralized collaboration tables and team rooms to enhance our ability to share knowledge and ideas in a comfortable and interactive space.
All our staff has access to natural light and exterior views with comfortable furnishings they can work from throughout the day with over 434 linear feet of exterior windows.

Our main conference room features movable furniture giving us the opportunity to hold monthly lunch and learns, quarterly staff meetings along with the ability to host client and industry meetings.
Every work station is an L shaped work space featuring motorized sit/stand desks with ample depth for design drawings to fit within the surface top. They also include locker space for personal belongings.
There are flexible work areas located throughout our space that serve as collaboration, mentoring, or focus areas depending on the needs of our staff.
Our team breakout spaces are designed for smaller groups to collaborate and meet without disturbing staff at their workspaces.
