Etica Group understands that roofs are a buildings’ most valuable asset. They require extreme performance and longevity. Our building envelope specialists provide unbiased and non-proprietary solutions to address any roofing or building envelope issue our clients may experience. It is our goal to help extend the service life of our client’s roofs to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality roof that meets their needs, through proper design and installation.

Etica Group’s roof consulting encompasses roof repairs, re-cover and/or replacement. Because of our extensive knowledge, we can provide any of these approaches to built-up, modified bitumen or single-ply roofs, metal roofs, liquid membranes, shingles, slate or clay tile roofs. Additionally, Etica Group Building Envelope specialists provide Masonry and Facade Consulting. Locating any masonry issues within a building, including tuckpointing replacement of spalled brick foundation repairs.

Along with a roof assesment, Etica performed an infrared thermal scan of the existing roof, locating saturated insulation within the roof system at Ball State University.
Etica Group's roof management plans provide a comprehensive assesment of all roofs across corporations, providing a multi-year repair and/or replacement program, including budget estimates.
Etica's Building Envelope team worked in conjunction with our Architects to provide project specific plans and details for the installation of solar tubes through the metal roof.

Etica Group has been a dedicated partner with Purdue University dating back to 2009, providing design and construction oversight on roofing and exterior wall repair projects.
Ball State University had been experiencing a long term, nagging roof leak. Etica was called in, pin-pointed the leak, and provided design and construction oversight for a permanent fix to this long term problem.
Etica has worked with the Indianapolis Airport Authority going back to 2013, providing various roof assesments and roof replacement design and construction oversight across the IND campus.

Etica Group worked with the Hendricks County Goverment to provide design and construction oversight to clean and repair the entire limestone facade at the county courthouse and brick masonry repairs on multiple other buildings owned by Hendricks County in Indiana.
As one of many projects with Ivy Tech Community College, Etica Group assisted in the re-glazing of the window systems and masonry repairs on the 13 story building elevations.
Ball State was experiencing water intrusion and damage to metal panels and the roof substrate. Etica provided design and construction oversight to rebuild the canopy roof structure, while salvaging and reusing the existing metal panels, and providing a new PVC membrane roof.
