Project Architect

We are seeking a Registered Project Architect with a passion for design excellence, technical precision and client success. This is a leadership-track opportunity designed for an ambitious architect to grow within the firm, guide project teams and develop market expertise in municipal, public safety or transportation design. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled in both big-picture strategy and detail-oriented execution and deeply committed to exceeding client expectations and project goals.
Responsibilities

Provide design execution and technical leadership for all phases of project development.

Steer project delivery with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients and consultants to deliver decision-ready information.

Conduct and coordinate site visits, code analysis and regulatory compliance submissions.

Lead internal design team meetings and ensure timely responses to client and contractors.

Support Project Managers by anticipating needs, providing solutions and removing roadblocks.

Drive excellence in documentation, construction administration and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

Registered Architect (licensure required).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably including project leadership roles.

Municipal or institutional project experience strongly preferred.

Deep understanding of design, construction delivery, building codes and ADA compliance.

Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and design visualization tools.
